This Agreement sets out the terms governing participation in the Universal X distribution program. The purpose includes protecting customers, safeguarding company reputation, ensuring lawful promotions, and defining distributor responsibilities.
Distributors must promote honestly and must not mislead or promise guaranteed profits, returns, or wealth. All materials must follow official company content.
Universal X is not involved in any Ponzi scheme. Distributors are prohibited from promoting guaranteed returns, recruitment rewards, or similar schemes. Violations may lead to termination and legal action.
The company only provides platform support and is not responsible for third-party transactions, distributor promises, or unapproved claims.
Referrals must be based on product promotion and must not be treated as investments. No self-created commission structures are allowed.
All branding belongs to the company. Confidential information must not be disclosed, even after termination.
Distributors are independent contractors responsible for taxes, expenses, and compliance.
Distributors must comply with all laws including consumer protection, advertising, and anti- pyramid regulations.
Distributors may cancel within 7 days without penalty. No commission is paid during this period.
The company may terminate accounts for violations. Distributors may also terminate anytime.
The agreement is effective upon electronic acceptance.
This agreement is governed by Malaysian law.
Distributor confirms understanding and agreement.
Distributors must act professionally and ethically.
Distributors cannot bind the company legally or financially.
All commissions follow official company policy.
Customer data must be handled securely and lawfully.
English version prevails in case of discrepancies.
